  Unbelievably terrible. First of all they put off my counter install for 3 weeks after we were told when we ordered they could come measure any time then install within 7-10 days. Then the night before install was scheduled the call to cancel because they hadn’t gotten the slab from the supplier - ask to reschedule for anything 5 days out. They send us a template to approve- a template of the wrong slab - only to discover that when they did get the slab it wasn’t the right one. Good thing I had photos of what it should be or they’d be installing the wrong counters. I can’t even begin to explain how frustrated we are. If you have any other options for fabrication DONT USE THESE PEOPLE
